Empty and Abandoned Properties

Do you know of an empty or abandoned property or piece of land in your area? It might be an eyesore. It might feel unsafe. Or it might simply be a wasted opportunity.

We specialise in finding properties that have been left vacant or fallen into disrepair, and working with owners to bring them back into use—sensitively, professionally, and without fuss.

If you’ve spotted something locally, we’d like to hear from you.

Have you received a note from us?

If you’re here because you’ve received a note or flyer from us, it’s because we’ve already identified a property nearby that may be empty.

If you have any information about it, please get in touch straightaway. Even small details can make a difference.

Discreet, Straightforward, Effective

We understand that situations around empty properties can be sensitive. Owners may be dealing with difficult circumstances, and neighbours may have concerns about speaking up.

That’s why we handle everything quietly and respectfully.

  • No stress – we manage the process from start to finish
  • Discreet – we approach owners carefully and professionally
  • Community-focused – our aim is to improve the area for everyone

Once you’ve shared the details, we’ll take it from there.

Cobden Street

This former darts and dominoes social club in Bury had been empty and unloved for many years when we came across it. After working closely with the owners, local people and the local authority, we were able to bring it back into use as a 2 bedroom bungalow with a garden on three sides. We were also able to help the nearby pub with clearing some land for extra parking as part of the development.

Local residents told us they were “delighted with the results”, and that the building had been “a blot on the landscape for too long!”

Why This Matters

Empty and abandoned properties don’t just sit quietly—they often have a wider impact.

They can attract vandalism or anti-social behaviour, affect the feel of a street, and in some cases make people feel less safe in their own neighbourhood.

We believe these properties can—and should—be brought back into use.

Moss Road, Stretford

You can read more about this project over on our ‘Projects’ page. But it deserves a place here as although it wasn’t empty when we found it, as a repossession property it was borderline derelict and was causing concern to local residents who told us, “something needs to be done”.

Whether it’s houses or flats or multiple unit blocks like this one, these are precisely the kind of properties that we excel at bringing back into use in a way that lifts the local area and helps people to feel proud of where they live.
